Refund and Returns

At Rosey’s Biltong, we want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Refunds:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving the product. Biltong is a consumable so you’ll have to open it to taste or see any problems. To help with the refund process, please take any photographs and send them to us to help verify any issues and hopefully we can help resolve the situation. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and can take up to [time period, e.g. 14 days] to process.

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will process your cancellation and issue a refund. If the order has been shipped, you may still cancel the order, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and handling. For subscription based cancellation, please reach out a month before intended cancel date.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the damaged or defective product to be replacement and will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
